When: Tue 22nd May 2018
Where: Oxford Brookes University, John Henry Brookes Building, room 205 (2nd Floor), Oxford, OX3 0BP.
We will be discussing the purpose of writing and how style can help or hinder. We'll talk about the three elements of good academic writing - simple, clear and complete - and look at style and editing tips to promote them. We will also have some time at the end for you to bring along your own pieces of writing and tackle them. The workshop will be run by Jennifer de Beyer.
This event is free, and light refreshments will be available. Please visit the Eventbrite page for further information.
