The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) has funding from the CSP Charitable Trust to evaluate the Leadership Development Programme (LDP), which has been funded by the CSP Charitable Trust since 2017.
The CSP would like a better understanding of the impact of the LDP course, alternative activities that could meet the strategic aim and the cost-effectiveness of a range of options including a consideration on the quality of activities. This will allow the CSP to plan future work on leadership development for CSP members and the physiotherapy community.
